Terms of Service

Introduction
These Terms of Service govern your use of the Zeno platform, website, and services. By creating an account or using Zeno in any way you agree to these terms. If you do not agree please do not use our service.
Your Account
You must be at least 16 years old to use Zeno. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at security@zeno.com if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the platform in any way.
What You Can Do
You may use Zeno to build, run, and manage automated workflows for your personal or business use. You may connect third-party tools and AI agents to your Zeno workflows. You may invite team members to collaborate on workflows within your account. You may export your data and workflows at any time.
Your Data
You own your data. Everything you create, upload, and process in Zeno belongs to you. We do not claim any ownership over your workflows, data, or integrations.
You give us permission to store and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Zeno service to you. We never use your data for advertising, AI training, or any purpose other than running your workflows.
Payments and Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually depending on the option you select. All prices are listed in US dollars and exclude applicable taxes. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers for annual plans.
You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately. If you downgrade mid-cycle we will apply a credit to your next invoice for the unused portion of your current plan.
If a payment fails we will notify you by email and give you 7 days to update your payment details before suspending your account. We will never delete your data without giving you the opportunity to resolve a billing issue first.
Integrations and Third-Party Services
Zeno connects to third-party tools and AI agents on your behalf. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or behavior of any third-party service connected to your Zeno workflows.
When you connect a third-party tool to Zeno you are agreeing to that service's own terms and privacy policy. We recommend reviewing those terms before connecting any service to your workflows.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do we will notify you by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of Zeno after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
If you do not agree with any changes you may cancel your account before the new terms take effect.
